Belmont County Community Improvement Corporation Launches Website

Belmont County Community Improvement Corporation’s Director, Crystal Lorimor, announces a new central place where folks can list their commercial properties that are for sale or lease by owner in Belmont County. With the help of a recent grant, we have built a site where owners can submit their properties themselves (we will approve them before they go live, so we don’t get spam), and those looking for space can search for what is available.

If someone is searching for a property, only the towns with properties available appear. We encourage town officials to link their town’s website to this page, so you don’t have to create and manage your own site. We will do it for you! It’s a way for each town to encourage and welcome new businesses.
