__________

Dylan Rogers, BHS Track and Field instructor, recently shared the following information regarding winter indoor practice and meet information:

Indoor track practice starts in the first week of December. A Parent and Athlete meeting will take place at the end of November for grades 9-12.  Jr High (7-8grade) distance runners(800-1600m) are welcome to join. Limited space/coaches is the main reason why we do not have a full Jr High team. If high school athletes are competing in outdoor track and not competing in a Winter sport they are expected to participate in practices. This is open to any athletes not competing in a Winter Sport. his is a great opportunity to work on speed training.
