Representatives from the Barnesville State Theater Company recently attended a grant writing seminar sponsored by the Community Foundation on the Ohio Valley. Pictured are CFOV executive director Susie Nelson and State Theater board member Rose Grear.
A sign posted on the temporary façade at the theater along West Main Street during the recent pumpkin festival noted the volunteer group has raised $326,429.95 raised locally since August 2022.
In another post this week, the group is selling 2025 calendars featuring photos and Barnesville theater history are now on sale at several downtown locations. They make ideal Christmas gifts.
The Annual Elks Memorial Service will take place Sunday, December 1st at 2:00 in the Elks Ballroom remembering members who has passed away in 2024.
