Price Drop on Former Dealership

Shaun Hayes, Broker for Sulek & Experts Real Estate announced this week a $110,000 price reduction for the commercial structure at 110 N. Gardner Street near Barnesville Elementary School. One the market for over 150 days, the new asking price is $165,000.
The 4,000 square foot structure was constructed by W. B. “Browne” Kinney in 1949 as the home for Kinney Motor Company. Kinney was the official Dodge dealership for the Barnesville area. In more recent years, the structure housed a used appliance store.
