Dale Eugene Hall

Dale Eugene Hall, 72, of Jacobsburg, Ohio, died December 17, 2024, at Liza’s Place in Wheeling, West Virginia.

He was born March 29, 1952, in Wheeling, West Virginia, a son of the late Foster E. and Pauline K. Yonally Hall.

Dale retired from the United Mine Workers in Construction having worked for many years in multiple Ohio Valley Mines and in Alabama, Kentucky and New York, finishing his career with over 25 years for Cowin and Company of Birmingham, Alabama. He was raised in Jacobsburg and was a member of the Jacobsburg United Methodist Church. He was a 1970 graduate of Union Local High School. Dale was a past president of the Coon Hunters Club and was an avid racoon hunter. He enjoyed car shows and antique cars. Loving the outdoors, he enjoyed gardening, putting up hay and traveling the United States.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother-in-law, Eugene Fitch.

Dale is survived by his loving wife of 32 years, Diana Faye Williams Hall; a brother, Daniel (Tracy) Hall Sr.; a sister, Sandra K. Fitch; a nephew, Daniel (Tiffani) Hall Jr.; a niece, Dawna Fitch; a sister-in-law, Linda K. (Myles) Morse; multiple aunts, uncles and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio on December 29, 2024, for a memorial visitation from 12:30 p.m. until time of Celebration of Life to be held at 1:30 p.m. with Pastor Jack Palmer officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Dale’s memory to Liza’s Place, 308 Mt. St. Joseph Rd., Wheeling, WV 26003.
