WVU Medicine/Barnesville Hospital Receives Grant

Thanks to a generous grant from the River Valley Health Fund, Barnesville Hospital has upgraded our emergency medical equipment to AHA standards for our ACLS, BLS, and PALS training programs. This enhancement also supports Heartsaver First Aid CPS AED and Stop the Bleed initiatives. The Barnesville Hospital Foundation thanks Deb Stanton & Shelby Davis from the Community Foundation of the Ohio Valley for visiting with our staff and seeing firsthand how this life-saving equipment has changed the way we train and help our staff learn vital life-saving techniques.
