Freshman star Liv McCrate broke Danielle Anderson Holskey’s 2003-04 record for the Individual Medley. The new record is 2:26.83. The individual medley (IM) requires competitors to use each stroke for one-fourth of the race, following this sequence – butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke and freestyle.
