In the report narrative, Fisher shared, “while we strive to provide clear answers for every family, there are times when even after thorough investigation and autopsy, the cause or manner of death remains undetermined. In four such cases over the past four years, no definitive conclusions could be reached despite the efforts of forensic pathologists. In two out of the four cases, the cause of death was known, unfortunately the manner (suicide, accidental, homicide) was not able to be determined with 100% certainty”.
For the two cases “pending” for 2024 the Coroner is waiting for the final toxicology results to make a possible determination.
“We are a very small office, but we are incredibly fortunate to work alongside the best local fire/EMS departments and law enforcement agencies, whose assistance at scenes is invaluable. We can never give them enough praise or thank them enough for all they do to help our team out, “Fisher concluded
