Ada Gay Goodson Parker

Ada Gay Goodson Parker, 88, of Centerville, Ohio, died February 21, 2025, at her home.
She was born August 3, 1936, in Wolf Pen, West Virginia, a daughter of the late Ernest Carl Woodson and Delpha McVay Goodson Tiber.
Gay was a homemaker and a Christian by faith. She graduated from Smith High School in Centerville and was a member of Centerville Senior Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Dean “Bud” Parker; her stepfather, Albert Tiber; two sisters, Norma Jean Kasserman and Peggy Parker.
Gay is survived by her son, Dean (Julia Ann) Parker of Centerville and her three grandchildren, Matthew Parker, Eric Parker (fiancé Emily J Machett), and Andrew Parker (Cameron Fracasso).
Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Toothman Funeral Home in Jacobsburg, Ohio, where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m., with Pastor Karen Byrne officiating. The entombment will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, Ohio.
