Man Arrested Following “Missing Incident”

A Morristown area man identified by officials as 26-year-old Adam Shockling was arrested this past week after his family reported him missing after he left cryptic messages. His pickup truck was discovered at the bottom of Lady Bend Hill near the Egypt Valley Wildlife Area.    

Officials from the Ohio State Highway Patrol to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources searched for the man including using air and land resources.

On Tuesday, Shocking was arrested at a building at a Mt. Olivet area location and charged with breaking and entering and inducing panic.
