East Guernsey Musicians Will Participate in VE Day Celebration

East Guernsey School District high school musicians McKenzie West, Max Hoop, Autumn Kahrig, and Megan Yeckley auditioned and been accepted into the prestigious 2025 All-American D-Day Band. 

This elite ensemble will travel to Paris and Normandy, France, where they will perform in honor of the 80th anniversary of the end of World War II that takes place on June 6th.

The All-American D-Day Band experience will provide a once-in-a-lifetime musical and educational journey, giving these talented individuals the opportunity to represent their country in important D-Day ceremonies and events.
