Third Floor Bradfield Building Project Planned

A legal notice published in the local daily newspaper on Tuesday reveals Ohio Hills Health Center is seeking bids for the renovation of the third floor of the c.1891 Bradfield Building at 101 E. Main Street.  The bid package includes electrical, plumbing and mechanical components. 

An online pre-bid conference is scheduled to take place this coming Wednesday at 1:00. 

Bids will be accepted until Wednesday, April 9 at 11:00.

The third floor of the historic bank/retail building has been used for storage during most of the past 134 years.  During the construction of the town’s original high school building that opened in 1905, the school board rented the space for classes.
