Multiple Residents Arrested on Drug Charges

Drug-related arrests on three occasions in the past week included several Barnesville and Quaker City residents. The Barnesville arrests included raids on three Barnesville addresses.
On Friday, March 14, a South Lincoln Avenue Barnesville resident, Tyreice Sullivan, 29, was arrested following the execution of a search warrant of his residence.
Cocaine was discovered at the residence, officials said.

Sullivan was arrested and booked into the Belmont County Jail on two felony charges: one for trafficking in cocaine and another for possession of cocaine.
Sheriff James Zusack expressed his gratitude to Chief Sirianni and the Barnesville Police Department for their ongoing efforts to investigate and apprehend individuals involved in drug trafficking in Belmont County, according to published reports.

Early Saturday morning at 12:10 am, Ohio State Patrol Officers seized 221 grams of methamphetamine and 96 grams cocaine worth approximately $17,000 following a traffic stop on I-70 in Bridgeport.
Officers pulled the vehicle over for expired registration. During the stop, troopers noticed signs of possible criminal activity. A drug-sniffing canine was brought to the scene and alerted officers to the presence of narcotics.

Arrested were the driver 43-year-old Lori Hutchison of Quaker City, and the passenger, 43-year-old Terence Brawner of Proctor, West Virginia. They were booked into the Belmont County Jail on felony drug possession and drug trafficking charges.

Tuesday night Barnesville Police and the Belmont County Sheriff’s Office executed two search warrants at a Grey Lane residence (near North Lincoln) and Pine Lane location, according to a Barnesville Police post.
At Grey’s Lane, Barnesville Police report “The search warrant resulted in the seizure of suspected fentanyl, suspected methamphetamine, a firearm, cash, and other narcotics related items. Three suspects were transported to Belmont County Jail and face charges including Felony 1 Drug Trafficking and Felony 1 Drug Possession. The arrestees are Cierra Pyles, 23, Barnesville, Virginia Monroe, 29, St. Clairsville, and Justin Schybal, 31, Quaker City. A fourth suspect, Dakota Crowe, 24, Barnesville, was not present during the search, however, the investigation indicates his involvement, and he will face the same charges”.

Barnesville Police report “the second search warrant was executed on Pine Lane in Barnesville, OH. The search warrant resulted in the seizure of suspected methamphetamine, three firearms, and multiple other narcotics related items. Two suspects were transported to Belmont County Jail and face charges of Felony 5 Drug Possession and Felony 3 Weapons Under Disability. The arrestees are Jennifer Osborne, 40, Barnesville, and Brian Sine, 44, Barnesville.
