Barnesville Middle School students marked Autism Awareness this week during “Spirt Week”. Students gathered for this photo in the school cafetorium.

Daddy – Daughter Dance – April 25

The annual Barnesville PTA-sponsored Daddy-Daughter Dance will take place at the elementary school, Friday, April 25 from 7:00-9:00.  The dance is open to students enrolled in classes Pre-K through sixth grade. Daughters may be escorted by dad, grandpa, uncle or any other male model.  The cost is $10 per father/daughter team, each additional daughter, $5. Registration is required. 

Barnesville Band and Auxiliary Tryouts

Clinics for percussion, winds and brass will take place April 7 and April 8 with tryouts on April 10. 

Clinics for auxiliary members – majorettes, color guards and commander will take place April 7-9 from 3:00-4:00 at the high school. Tryouts will take place on Friday April 11 at 5:00. This is open for all students grades 8-11 or students in grades 6-7 if the student plans to enroll in band or choir next year.
