Lawrence Rada

Lawrence Rada, 60, of Barnesville passed away peacefully on April 6, 2025 at WVU Wheeling Hospital surrounded by his family. Larry was born on June 27, 1964 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Saverio and Margarita (Rosado) Rada.

Larry was a proud husband, father and grandfather. He took pride in owning and maintaining a beautiful home, which was a testament to the person he was. He enjoyed the little things in life such as poker, fishing, and his computer work and website design. The Dallas Cowboys would always be on his tv on Sunday afternoons.

In addition to his parents, Larry was preceded in death by his daughter, Shavon Allen.

Larry is survived by his wife, Beth (Morton) Rada; sons, Lawrence (Nicole) Rada Jr. Anthony (Amy) Rada, Brian (Julie) Teague and Kevin (Kylie) Teague; son-in-law, Laurence Allen; grandchildren, Maleah, Sean, Peyton, Jaxyn, Krue, Caroline, Everett, Hadley, Chandler, Delaney, and Aiden; brothers, Joseph (Kathleen) Soto of New Jersey, Fernando Soto of Florida, and Saverio (Colleen) Rada Jr.; and fur babies, Oliver and Mollie.

Honoring Larry’s wishes, cremation will take place with a Memorial Service being planned at the convenience of the family. Larry’s care has been entrusted to Campbell-Plumly-Milburn Funeral Home, 319 North Chestnut Street, Barnesville, Ohio.
