Frederick “Rick” Marco

Frederick “Rick” Marco, age 72 of Glen Dale, WV passed away peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2025 in WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital, Morgantown, WV, with his family by his side.
He was born January 22, 1953 in Sewickley, PA the son of the late Fred and Dean Marco.
Rick was a Catholic by faith; the proud owner of the former Marco’s Exxon in Glen Dale, where he met lifelong friends over coffee; that he cherished with all his heart; and he enjoyed restoring old cars.
Survivors include his loving wife of 51 years, Rebecca “Becky” Marco; two children, Melissa Marco of Glen Dale and Brian (Annie) Marco of St. Johns, FL. Rick was blessed with two grandchildren, Sophia and Addisyn Marco of St. Johns; that made his heart swell when they visited with “Pap Pap”.
Also surviving is his very special cousin, Ronald Norden of Martins Ferry, OH and several dear friends that he considered family. Without a doubt, Rick will miss his daily calls with Dr. David Nally, a friend for over 40 years.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 11am until time of Funeral Service at 1pm at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville.
Interment in Halcyon Hills Memorial Park, Sherrard.
