Barnesville Senior Center Director Retires

After 10 years of service at for the Senior Services of Belmont County, Barnesville Senior Center Coordinator Kay Driscoll retired this month. Kay served as Barnesville’s coordinator for the past six years.

Prior to that, the Glencoe resident was coordinator at the Flushing center.

On April 10th, center members threw a surprise party for her. Kay plans on traveling with her family after organizing things at home.

Nik Sells was named as her replacement. The driver for Barnesville is Kendra Blackstone who replaced  J.B. Flood who previously served both the Barnesville and Bethesda centers.

Belmont County May Newsletter Out Senior Citizen Newsletter Online. The monthly distributed by the Belmont County Committee on Aging is now available online free of charge to subscribers.  The May edition is now available online. Print copies may be picked up at individual centers in the coming month.
