Franklin Dale Welch

Franklin Dale Welch, 35, of Youngstown, OH, formerly of Barnesville, OH passed away on April 27, 2025 at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital. He was born on February 6, 1990 to his parents Ralph Del and Barbara Elaine (Baker) Welch. He was a member of the Armstrong Mills Methodist Church, and he served 5 years in the United States Army. He is also survived by his son Cooper Bates of Florida, long time girlfriend Amanda Fraser, and his brother Ralph Shanon Welch of Barnesville. There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family.
