Thursday, May 22: Buckeye Local – 7, Barnesville – 5
The Shamrocks were defeated by Buckeye Local Thursday 7-5 at Edison Local High School in Sectional Tournament action. The season ends with a 14-12 record on the year
The loss also ends the high school baseball careers of Seniors Cam Carpenter, Casey Carpenter, Marshall Meade, Caleb Powell, and Caden Sellers. They helped the Shamrocks amass a 64-41 record (.610) during their playing careers.

Monday, May 19: Tusky Valley – 7, Barnesville – 2
Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks Come Up Short Against Tusky Valley
Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks fell to Tusky Valley 7-2 Monday.
Tusky Valley got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks committed an error, A Wade singled down the left field line, C Shultz doubled to center field, Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks committed an error, and Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks committed an error, each scoring one run.
Tusky Valley scored one run in the bottom of the fourth on a solo home run to right field by A Beatty.
B Reichman earned the win for Tusky Valley. The hurler gave up two hits and two runs (one earned) over seven innings, striking out 13 and walking three. Peyton Loudin stepped in the circle first for Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks. The pitcher gave up four hits and six runs (two earned) over three and one-third innings, striking out one and walking one.
Maddy Tyson and Kylee Powell each collected one hit for Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks. Payton Dudzik led Barnesville Varsity Shamrocks with one run batted in.
E Wallick and Shultz each collected two hits for Tusky Valley. Beatty, Wade, Shultz, and M Wright each drove in one run for Tusky Valley.
