Wednesday, May 21, 2025

11:08 pm – caller reports her husband is intoxicated and fell at an address on Somerton Highway. Somerton EMS responded with make taken to the emergency room at Barnesville Hospital.   

Thursday, May 22, 2025

1:15 am – woman at Love’s Tire Shop, Belmont-Morristown Road, is unhappy with service is causing issues and refusing to pay. Caller was advised this is a civil case. By 2:14 am, the issue was resolved.

7:43 am – civil process at Second Street Bethesda address. House has been foreclosed on.

11:14 am – custody dispute at Union Local Elementary. Young girl does not want to go home with biological father. All parties at the school office.

12:42 pm – officer at Union Local High School. Spoke with Child Protective Services.

11:12 pm – 911 hang up from Glencoe Road, Belmont address.  Static on the line. No answer on call back. Officer spoke with homeowner who indicates issues with Windstream, service provider. Everything is fine.     

Friday, May 23, 2025

12:12 am – officer on patrol at a Jefferson Street address, Belmont. Business check. All is secure.

5:55 am – female caller from Rock Fork Road, Armstrong Mills, state man pushed her.

8:50 am – domestic incident on S. Main Street, Bethesda. Female caller states son and soon to be ex-husband have been making threats to her. Son is coming in from Cincinnati. She is at work in Barnesville and would like a deputy to accompany her home.

Report filed and Temporary Protective Order request signed.

8:55 am – Flushing Township, Hendrysburg-Freeport Road resident requests a deputy to speak with her regarding a verbal incident over property issues with neighbor. Civil issue. Deputy spoke with both parties.

Sunday, May 25, 2025

2:51 pm – complaint. Caller reports a damaged suspicious vehicle on 3rd Street, Belmont. Deputy discovered a large, damaged truck was being worked on. The vehicle was legally parked on street.

10:39 pm – caller from Noon Road, Belmont, states a person is in their driveway. The two have had issues in the past. The person was told to leave. Deputy gave man ride back to his residence.

Monday, May 26, 2025

7:56 am – caller from Noon Road reports they are not happy with the results of last night’s call.

1:47 pm – accident with property damage on back lot at Pilot Travel Center, Belmont-Morristown Road.

4:35 pm – larceny reported at a Brown Road, Bethesda, address.

11:05 pm – Mt. Olivet Road location has a vehicle with expired plates parked in a lot. The property is up for sale.

11:34 pm – traffic stop made on SR 147 near Barnesville for improper equipment and speed.

Tuesday, May 27, 2025

10:16 am – Chestnut Level, Belmont, caller wants a welfare check on child who lives with mother and grandmother. Sheriff’s Office will not get involved as there is physical injuries. Caller advised to contact Child Protective Services.  

10:43 am – welfare check at a Main Street Morristown residence. Spoke with resident who indicted they were having a hard time, but all is fine.

Wednesday, May 28, 2025

2:11 am – Pigeon Point Road Barnesville caller stated two people in dark clothing are on the back porch. Deputy dispatched. No sign of persons found.

8:47 am – deputy at Warnock Road, Belmont address helping a woman get her horse back in the field.

11:34 am – eviction on Alledonia-Crabapple Road, address in Washington Twp. Locks changed.

12:01 pm – domestic occurred at Carter Road, Barnesville (Somerset Twp.) address. Two deputies responded.  

9:00 pm – Pineview Drive, Belmont, 911 call with static. Line busy on call back.

9:58 pm – deputy on Special Detail at Barnesville Hospital.

11:23 pm – Glenwood Apartments, Bethesda. Female says she received a call from her son to call 911. Unsure what is going on. Neighbor of man called reporting he is having difficulty breathing. Squad called.
