Foundation work continues on the new Belmont County Health and Records Building along Bannock Road just north of the Belmont Career Center.
Ground was broken this spring on the multi-million-dollar project that is expected to be completed sometime next year. Grae-Con Construction, Inc. is the general contractor on the project.
