Cooling Centers Open
ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Due to the current heat wave, the Belmont County Emergency Management Services Agency has triggered the opening of designated cooling centers throughout the county.
Residents should call ahead. Bring snacks, prescription medicine, a cell phone charger, or other necessities, the agency release noted.
