The 2025 season gets underway Friday as the Shamrocks host Fort Frye at Shamrock Stadium. Except for the October 17 game which begins at 7:45 p.m., all games kickoff at 7 p.m.

- September 5: Bellaire (Away)
- September 12: Buckeye Local (Home)
- September 19: Monroe Central (Away)
- September 26: George Washington (Charleston, WV) (Home)
- October 2: Wheeling Central Catholic (Away)
- October 10: Linsly (Home)
- October 17: Independence (Coal City, WV – Raleigh County) (Neutral Location – Marietta, OH)
- October 24: Union Local (Away )
