BARNESVILLE – OHHC-Barnesville is sponsoring mammography screening services offered by the James Mobile Mammography Unit from 9:30 a.m. – 3:45 p.m. Sept. 2 at the Barnesville Library Annex, 611 N. Chestnut Street. Patients are asked to call the Mobile Mammography Department to schedule an appointment at 614-293-4455 or toll free 800-240-4477. Please call at least two weeks in advance to schedule.

Experts recommend women age 40 and above and those at high risk of breast cancer should have an annual mammogram. Take advantage of this high-quality, convenient service.

Eligibility criteria: Not pregnant, not nursing, asymptomatic or it’s been five years or more since a breast cancer diagnosis. You must be 35 years of age or older. Women between ages 35-39 must have a written prescription from their doctor.

Lab Screenings at Quaker City

Affordable lab screenings are available at OHHC-Quaker City from 8 a.m. -10:30 a.m. Sept. 4th. No appointment is required. Everyone is welcome. Financial assistance is available through the Elda Rubel Wellness Fund.
