Randall “Randy” Jones

Randall “Randy” Keith Jones, age 70, of Beallsville, Ohio passed away Wednesday, August 20th, 2025, at his home.  He was born April 26th, 1955 in Stafford, Ohio, a son of the late Clyde and Buena Talbot Jones.

Randy was a dedicated career Coal Miner and had retired from Ohio Valley Coal’s #6 Mine near Beallsville.  He enjoyed watching documentaries on TV and also watching YouTube videos with his trusted dogs, Jigger and Frankie, by his side.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Larry Jones and Kirk Jones.

Left to cherish his memory are three children, Melissa (Chad) Flood, Randa Jones, and Melinda (Doug) Sheets; two brothers, Ricky (Kathi) Jones and Doug Jones; two sisters, Sandra (Joe) Sheesley and Brenda “Sue”  (Jim) Dearth; five grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and many loving nieces and nephews.

Honoring Randy’s wishes, all services will be private.  Wilson Funeral Home, Harper Chapel, 52728 Ohio Avenue, Beallsville, Ohio 43716, is honored to assist the family.
