Fire Station Drainage Project Underway
At Monday night’s village council meeting Fire Chief Tim Hall updated members on progress made on the fire station storm drainage project, including that all of the new catch basins and piping components have been tied together. Concrete work has also been done.
Village administrator Roger Deal said that a storm drain pipe ran under the fire station and some pipes had collapsed in the system resulting in floor drain problems. The new system runs out to and down Church Street to the corner of North Arch Street.
