WesBanco Donation Benefits State Theater Project

A generous donation of $1,000 from WesBanco Bank to the Barnesville State Theater Company will benefit the ongoing renovation project of the century-old movie house.

“Your kindness and commitment to community help us continue the important work of restoring this historic landmark and bringing live entertainment back to downtown Barnesville,” the board shared with the public Monday.

“Together, we’re preserving the past and building a vibrant future for the arts,” a theater media spokesperson said.
