Early In-Person Voting Underway

Registered voters in Belmont County may vote in person at the Board of Elections for the November 4 General Election on the following dates and times. The Board of Elections Office is located at 52180 National Road East, St. Clairsville.
October 20-24: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
October 27: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
October 28: 7:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
October 29-31: 7:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
November 1: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
November 2: 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
November 3: Mailed absentee ballots must be postmarked by this date.
November 4: General Election: Polls are open from 6:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m.
The deadline to apply for an Absentee Ballot is Tuesday, October 28. The application to request a ballot is on the BOE website. Citizens may also call the office to request an application be sent by mail at 740-526-0188.
Absentee Ballots may be returned by mail or personally delivered to the county board of elections. If not returned by mail, absentee ballots must be received at the county board of elections by 7:30 p.m. Election Day.
Mailed Absentee Ballots must be postmarked no late than November 3.
