September Clerk of Courts Report
ST. CLAIRSVILLE – Belmont County Clerk of Courts Laura A. Zupko released the September report for the county office.
Clerk’s Legal Fees totaled $14,985.87 and Interest Fees Legal, $2,108.56.
A total of 273 new cases were filed during the month. They are:
Certificates of Judgments: 58, Civil: 27, Court of Appeals: 8, Criminal: 20, Dissolutions: 13, Domestic Relations: 3, Domestic Violence: 13, Probation Courtesy Supervision: 1, Sealed Domestic Violence: 1, Tax Lien Imports: 126, URESA Petition for Support: 2 and Tax Foreclosure: 1.
