What A Difference – Transformation of N. Gardner Commercial Building
A year ago, the commercial building at 110 North Gardner Street, erected in 1949 as the home for Kinney Motor Company, was an eyesore. The 4,000 square foot building that last housed a used appliance store was vacant and for sale.
Fortunately, a purchaser came along to transform the building into a real community asset.
Sam Wells, local businessman, purchased it earlier this year and recently completed exterior work on the structure that he now uses for his business, Small Town Outdoor Services.
Wells proves the point that old buildings with “good bones” can be brought back to life!
