Mental Health & Recovery Board Annual Report Available
Fresh off the successful campaign renewing an operating levy in Belmont County that was favored by 56% of those who went to the polls, the Belmont, Harrison, Monroe Mental Health and Recovery Board has released its FY 2025 Annual Board Report.
It is available at the agency’s office located at 99 North Sugar Street, St. Clairsville. Hours are 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday or contact the agency’s executive secretary Judi Hanse at 740-695-9998 or judith@bhmboard.org to obtain a copy.
