Dispatcher Moore Named St. Clairsville Post Dispatcher of the Year
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Ohio State Highway Patrol Dispatcher Jennifer Moore has been selected as the 2025 Dispatcher of the Year at the St. Clairsville Post.
The selection of Dispatcher Moore, 44, is in recognition of outstanding service during 2025 at the St. Clairsville Post. Sworn officers and dispatchers at the St. Clairsville Post and Steubenville Post chose Dispatcher Moore based on technical job knowledge and ability, enthusiastic work attitude, teamwork and a prompt and courteous response to the public’s requests for information and assistance.
After joining the highway patrol in 2017, she has served at the St. Clairsville Dispatch Center. Originally from New Middletown and a 1999 graduate of Springfield High School, Moore graduated in 2004 from Youngstown University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology. Dispatcher Moore and her spouse, Doug, reside in Allendonia with their daughter, Heidi.
Dispatcher Moore is now in contention for the District and State Dispatcher of the Year Awards, to be announced at a later date.
