Following Barnesville Council’s Nov. 3 approval of a demolition permit for the residential structure at 775 E. Main St., owner Joel Bradio has installed a temporary sign on the front of the house revealing future development plans for the property.
The “Rock and Roll” Touchless Automatic Car Wash will fill the space after the existing structure is removed.
