Company Plans Barnesville Oil/Gas Lease Signing Sessions
Grenadier Energy is holding a group signing event for oil and gas leases for Village of Barnesville on two dates this coming week, 12-7 pm on December 5 and 9 am to 5 pm on December 6. Both sessions will take place at the Shekinah Christian Fellowship, 145 W. Main St.
The Texas-based company has leased a substantial amount of village-owned land and plans to establish well pads and undertake extraction.
The company is offering $7,000 an acre and a 20 percent gross royalty payment for a five-year lease.
Grenadier‘s land agent Ohio Valley Land Services, LP, is managing the leasing process.
