BARNESVILLE – WVU Medicine Barnesville Hospital has earned national recognition for its efforts to increase organ, eye, and tissue donor registrations through the 2025 DoNation Campaign.

This campaign encourages organizations to educate staff, visitors, and communities about the critical need for donation and provides opportunities to register as an organ donor. The local hospital received Bronze Level recognition for our awareness and registry activities conducted between Oct. 1, 2024 – Sept. 30, 2025.
