The Glenn Rockwell Genealogy Room at the Barnesville Hutton Memorial Library (Barnesville, Ohio) is a key local resource for family history, housing extensive materials on Ohio Valley, Belmont County, and pioneer families. Also included in the collection is an extensive microfilm collection of local newspapers, county records, local histories and community records.
Regular library hours are 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday and Thursday, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday. The library is closed on Sunday.
The library is also closed Dec. 31-Jan. 1 for the New Year’s Holiday.
