Belmont County EMA Hazard Mitigation Survey
ST. CLAIRSVILLE – The Belmont County Emergency Management Agency is seeking help from citizens to update the county’s current Hazard Mitigation Plan. The online survey takes approximately five minutes to complete and will assist the agency plan for the future, including flooding like the 2024 flooding along streams in the eastern part of the county.
