Warming Centers are Open for the Public
Belmont County officials share a list of warming centers provided by the Belmont County Emergency Management Agency as temperatures drop and storms move into southeastern Ohio.
The centers available to the public include:

Belmont County EMA suggests taking snacks, drinks, prescription medicine, a cell phone charger, blankets and other necessities to the shelters.
The agency states to call ahead so that arrangements may be made to open the center. The list is subject to change, according to the Belmont County EMA.
