The Enclave provides skilled nursing care, including occupational, physical and speech therapy services. The facility also includes a 20-bed all-female dementia unit.

CCH Healthcare, based in New Jersey, assumed ownership of the skilled nursing facility in June 2025. Epic Systems Corporation previously owned the facility.

Renovations began in September and focused primarily on the south end of the building.

The multi-million dollar renovations included upgrades to the dining room, family lounge, beauty room, shower room and parking lot, as well as new flooring and drywall, according to Director of Nursing Dave Guy.

Administrator Kalyn Kuhn said the transition in ownership has gone smoothly and did not disrupt resident care.

“It’s really great,” Kuhn said. “We know that they’re committed to our building and our community, and that sounds really good.”

Guy said residents and their families have responded positively to the improvements. The new company investing into the facility shows it cares, he added.

“Our mission is to grow and continue to provide quality care,” Kuhn said. “It’s a place where we hope residents feel like family.”
