Thursday, March 5, 2026

9:25 am – Barnesville-Hendrysburg  Road.  A caller reported that one of their fleet drivers was being threatened by a gas station employee at a fuel plaza on Barnesville-Hendrysburg Road in Barnesville. A deputy responded. The officer gave a male a ride to Bridgeport so he could walk to Wheeling, according to the report, which stated that this dispute was all verbal and neither party wished to do anything.

2:30 pm – Heather Lane, Flushing. Female caller reports a male had been harassing her off and on over the past year. The caller was advised on how to obtain a civil protection order and to call central dispatch if the male shows up at her residence.

Friday, March 6, 2026

3:20 am – Pancoast Road, Belmont. 911 Call. Static when call was returned. All is okay. Resident has Windstream telephone service.

7:48 am – Belmont-Morristown Road. 208 Fuel Plaza traffic stop. Drive given a warning for traffic device.

5:48 pm – Belmont. Youth experiencing mental health issues. Taken by EMS to Barnesville Hospital.

6:43 pm – Depot Street, Bethesda. Caller reports a vehicle covered in mud and another with duct tape all over it are drag racing. Negative contact made by deputy.

Sunday, March 8, 2026

1:44 pm – National Road, Belmont. Assist Lafferty EMS with an elderly man who has fallen.

8:16 pm – Slope Creek Reservoir, Somerset Twp. Deputy divers dispatched to retrieve submerged vehicle. Tow truck called.

8:31 pm – Morristown Street, Flushing. Verbal altercation. Caller only wanted it on file that they had a problem with neighbor. Instructions given on obtaining a civil protective order.

11:01 pm – National Road, Bemont. Resident assaulted staff member. One female in custody transported to Sargus Juvenile Center.

Monday, March 9, 2026

6:02 pm – Barkcamp Road, Belmont.  Welfare check on couple in campground. All good. Sister (caller) notified.

6:51 pm – Bina Road, Bethesda.  Caller reports hearing an alarm of some sort near cemetery.

7:48 pm – Virginia Street, Bethesda. Open 911 call with younger male heard talking about firearms and shovels. Called back. Two brothers were playing with Nerf guns in the field. No emergency.

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

2:58 pm – Belmont County Courthouse parking Lot. Deputies responded to 101 W. Main St. to assist St. Clairsville Police units with a fight in the back parking lot.

3:11 pm – West Street, Holloway. A deputy on a special detail performed a well check on three individuals at an address on West Street in Holloway. All was OK.

7:05 pm – West Main Street, Holloway. A neighbor thinks a neighbor is setting off dynamite. Two loud bangs were heard, and smoke could be seen from the back of the garage. Units patrolled the area.

7:49 pm – Belmont-Morristown Road. Officers responded to a retail store for a report of a shoplifter. Information was taken for report.

Wednesday, March 11, 2026

5:05 pm. National Road, Belmont. Vehicle in ditch off of road. No damage. Tow enroute.

6:10 pm. Somerset Twp., Jerusalem Address.   Caller is supposed to pick up stepson at mother’s home in Caldwell. Boy is refusing to leave. Father has custody. Child was dropped off at mother’s home in the morning to do homeschooling while stepmother was at work. Issues resolved.

10:48 pm. – Glenwood Village, Belmont Road, Bethesda.  Argument between male and female. Parties separated. Information taken for report.
