Delbert Eugene Hess

Delbert Eugene Hess, 73, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 14, 2026, at his home. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio, April 20, 1952, a son of the late Delbert Hess and Dora Mae Hudson Decker.

He was a US Army Veteran and had worked at various jobs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Allen Hess.

He is survived by a daughter, Marsha (Brian) Dunn, of Jerusalem; grandchildren Brian Dunn, Jr., Anthony Dunn, and Angel Dunn.

Per Delbert’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A military service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Bauer-Turner Funeral Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
