Delbert Eugene Hess

Delbert Eugene Hess, 73 of Woodsfield, Ohio passed away Saturday March 14, 2026 at his home. He was born in Bellaire, Ohio April 20, 1952 a sonb of the late Delbert Hess and Dora Mae Hudson Decker.

He was a US Army Veteran, and had worked at various jobs.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death bby a brother Allen Hess.

He is survived by a daughter Marsha (Brian) Dubnn of Jerusalem; grandchildren Brian Dunn, Jr., Anthony Dunn, and Angel Dunn.

Per to Delbert wishes, there will be no visitation. A military service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Bauer-Turner Funerabl Home, Woodsfield, Ohio.
