Barnesville Bowling Team: A Season of Firsts

For the first time in school history, the Boys Bowling team was Sectional and District champions and competed at State.

Keegan Martin bowled the first 300 perfect game. The Girls Bowling team was successful as well, missing the Districts by only 18 pins while Freshman Trisha Johnson advanced as an individual.

“I would describe our season as very successful!!” stated Coach Chad Hall. “I appreciate the effort of all the bowlers.” Coach Hall continued by expressing gratitude for the parents’ organization. “They are the absolute best.” He and the team would like to say “thank you” to Barnesville and the surrounding communities for their support throughout the season and in postseason competition.

In addition, Coach Chad Hall was named OVAC Coach of the Year.
