Friday, April 3, 2026

6:53 am — Mile Marker 213, Westbound Interstate 70. A deputy responded to a possible road rage complaint at this location, but no contact was made when the area was checked.

6:58 pm — Rosemary Camp Rd, Flushing. The caller expressed concern for a person having mental issues. A neighbor told the responding deputy that no one had been living at the address for a couple of weeks. A be on the lookout (BOLO) was issued.

11:56 pm — Belmont Ridge Rd, Beallsville. There was an accident involving two vehicles. Information was taken for a crash report.

Saturday, April 4, 2026

3:57 pm — Hillcrest Rd, Barnesville. There was a 911 call with yelling in the background. No one answered when the number was called back. When the grandma got her phone back from the kids, she called to say all was well. The responding deputy confirmed this.

Sunday, April 5, 2026

2:38 pm — 208 Fuel Plaza, Belmont. The caller advised that a man is slumped over in his car at the gas pumps and thinks that it is an overdose. The responding deputies discover that the man is okay. His vehicle broke down at the pumps, and he was looking at his phone, waiting for the tow truck.

4:36 pm — Washington Township. Speaking to a deputy, the caller advised that his vehicle had broken down in Seven Creeks around 1:00 a.m. He left the vehicle unattended. When he returned, the vehicle was fully engulfed in flames. The caller believes that it was arson, but cannot provide any proof to support his belief. Deputies and the fire department were not notified at the time of the fire.

8:30 pm — Reco Rd, Belmont. A semi truck hit and tore the mailboxes out of the ground. The semi is stuck. The deputy contacted the towing company and called the property owner. A crash report was created.

Monday, April 6, 2026

11:59 am — Pilot, Belmont. Deputies went to an auto accident. A pickup with a trailer struck a vehicle. The truck’s driver advised to update his registration before driving the vehicle again.

10:12 pm — Flushing Township. The Holloway Fire Department wanted a call record of illegal burning at the address for the second time.

Tuesday, April 7, 2026

8:10 am — Morristown St, Flushing. The caller advised dispatch that the house was broken into via the basement door. There were multiple lines of copper stolen, and the house was trashed. The owner lives out of state. Responding deputies arrived and took information for a report.

1:21 pm — Morristown St, Flushing. Deputies made a welfare check, and the person was okay.

4:15 pm — Second St, Lafferty. The caller advised that there was an active domestic with the male leaving in a truck. Deputies at the scene took information for a report. After pinging his phone, contact was made with the male, who was complaining of a possible broken wrist. An EMS was requested. A deputy went to Trinity and then took the male to jail.

Wednesday, April 8, 2026

10:26 am — Garrett Rd, Belmont. An alarm drop occurred at this location. A deputy responded, and neighbors had been checking the house. All was found okay.

12:15 pm — Belmont Career Center, St Clairsville. A student found a nicotine vape device in the men’s restroom and gave it to the school resource officer. The deputy marked the device and placed it for disposal. The responsible party was not found.

2:34 pm — Groves Rd, Belmont. A deputy investigated a property dispute. A report was compiled and forwarded to the prosecutor.

10:01 pm — Flushing. The caller stated that her neighbors were blaring music. The Flushing Police Department advised that there was a trailer behind the house where it appeared underage consumption was taking place. The deputy took information and released the juveniles to their mother.
