Back in Session
Schools opened in western Belmont County this week. Barnesville students returned to the classroom Tuesday, followed by Union Local students Wednesday. Beallsville area students attending the Switzerland of Ohio School District return next week following the conclusion of the Monroe County Fair.
Picking up on the popular student ID board photos taken before the first day of school, the Barnesville Police Department introduced the community to the three school resource officers Tuesday morning.
