Local Festival Church Menu Options
Two local congregations are offering excellent menu options during the Barnesville Pumpkin Festival.
The Assumption Catholic Church , 306 West Main Street, is serving lunch Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. with homemade soups, sandwiches, noodles, desserts and drinks on the menu.
On Sunday from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m., roast beef dinners with mashed potatoes, noodles, green beans, dessert and beverages for $15 will be on the menu.
Carryout available.
Parking is available on the church grounds for $5. A craft table, bake sale items and a raffle are other fund raisers at the church.
Shekinah Church, 145 West Main Street, is offering meals throughout the festival including homemade mashed potatoes, chicken noodles, meatballs, salads, dinner rolls, fry pies and ice cream. Also on the premises is Martha’s Food Truck which is donating the proceeds from sales to Abbas Heath Ministries International, a ministry focusing on orphans in Kenya, Africa.
