Monday, September 15, 2025

7:45 am – officer on Bernhard Street for a neighbor complaint.

9:18 am – officer on Pine Lane regarding  a dog running in the street.

1:21 pm – officer out on Cherry Streett handling two vehicles need moved for street paving project.

2:57 pm – caller from McDonalds reports a person driving recklessly at the drive thru.

4:17 pm – male sitting on bench at overlook plaza reported to be drinking a white claw.

6:46 pm – person called about someone parking in the roadway on Bernhard Street near  guardrail. Officer advised.

Tuesday, September 16, 2025

5:34 am – caller from Harrison Street reports a large amount of water on the street and shooting up from the grass at his neighbor’s property. Water department notified.

10:14 am – man on station regarding  a private property crash at Elks parking lot.

10:46 am – officer at the Smoke Shop on East Church Street for a follow up.

11:07 am – caller traveling on I-70 reports that someone dropped several dogs along the highway.  Call transferred to  Ohio State Highway Patrol.

2:05 pm – officer on Richmond Street with the EMS for an injury from a fall.

2:41 pm – officer on Sandy Ridge Road for a traffic stop.

4:59 pm – officer on East Main Street by Group Home for juvenile male who fell off scooter and has a head injury.

Wednesday, September 17, 2025

7:18 am – officer on Barnesville-Bethesda Street regarding a juvenile walking in the roadway.

12:27 pm – accident hit skip on North Arch Street.

2:20 pm – officer made contact regarding parking issue at the crosswalk at West Church Street.

3:37 pm – Ohio State Highway Patrol received a call regarding a road rage incident that started at mile marker 198 and continued into Belmont County.

4:22 pm – officer on South 800 for a traffic stop.

4:25 pm – person on station reporting an accident. Person wants to talk to officer.

4:35 pm – individuals on station wanting to talk with officers.

4:59 pm – caller from South Chestnut Street regarding an accident at Convenient. Car hit  gas pump and the pump no longer works. Person requests an officer.

6:14 pm – officer on South 800 for a traffic stop. Citation issued.

6:22 pm – Two calls received about dogs running loose near Woodsfield Saving Bank.

6:30 pm – officer on South Chestnut Street for a traffic stop. Officer was granted consent to search vehicle. Paraphernalia found.

Thursday, September 18, 2025

1:53 am – caller reports there are 10 people in the back of his house and about 10 people in the front of house. Caller states some are as big as 7 or 8 foot tall. Caller also said four of them came back into his house and performed a séance. They also brought a bunch of cats with them.

2:16 pm – vehicles parked in the grass on private property on the corner of North Gardner and West Church streets.

8:36 pm – officer on South Highland regarding a vehicle lockout.

11:00 pm – officer on Burkhart Road for a traffic stop.

Friday, September 19, 2025

7:42 am – officer on West Church Street for traffic stop. Citation issued.

8:28 am – officer on East Main Street regarding a traffic stop. Warning given.

2:33 pm – person on station about a hit skip Wednesday at Bellstores.

7:25 pm – person called in to speak to an officer about neighbor issues.

8:26 pm – officer on Bond Avenue for a traffic stop.

11:38 pm – officer on North Chestnut Street regarding a juvenile on a bike near the Antique Mall. Juvenile is heading home.

11:53 pm – officer on West Main Street for a vehicle/deer collision.

Saturday, September 20, 2025

2:20 am – caller from East Main Street regarding seeing someone in his backyard with camera lights. Person had a colored hoodie/jacket and pants. Officer had negative contact with the person.

10:29 am – caller from South Gardner Street regarding trucks and trailer blocking the roadway. Officers are going to talk to them and advise them not to block the roadway.

11:14 am – officer on Fowler Avenue for a vehicle lockout.

12:38 pm – multiple calls about the traffic at the Sale Barn,

1:57 pm – officer on East Main Street near the Dollar General for vehicle accident. Head on collision with no injuries reported.

8:38 pm – caller from Hunts Avenue reports males knocking on his door. He doesn’t recognize them.

11:27 pm – officer on North Chestnut Street for a traffic stop. Warning issued for loud exhaust.

Sunday, September 21, 2025

4:45 pm – male on station reporting that the bulk water machine on Church Street is not working. Water office notified.

5:30 pm – officer on Railroad Street for a traffic stop. Citation issued.

5:45 pm – officer on Railroad Street for a traffic stop. Citation issued.
