Keith James Shultz, Jr.

Keith James Shultz, Jr. passed away on December 24, 2024, at Belpre Landing in Belpre, Ohio. Mr. Shultz (Jimmy) as he was known by family, was born on September 10,1972 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Deborah Kerr Shultz (Wayne) and Keith Shultz, Sr.

Keith was a lifelong resident of the Ohio Valley area. Mr. Shultz was an extremely intelligent and talented man. His passion in life was tattoos and he was exceptional at them.

He is preceded in death by his father, Keith Shultz, Sr; grandparents, Lloyd and Dema Shultz of Belmont, Ohio and Elijah and Marjorie Kerr, of Brazil, Indiana; one uncle, Thomas Flight of Cookeville, Tennessee; former partner and mother of his daughters, Keli Phillips of Ohio.

Mr. Shultz is survived by his mother, Deborah (Rickie) Wayne of Zanesville, Ohio; daughter Kayla (Joshua) Daugherty of Ohio; son Kyle Shultz, of Indiana; grandchildren; Bayleigh, Ryon, Jayden and Kamdyn; brother Jason (Leslie) Shultz of Barnesville Ohio; aunts, Evelyn Flight, of Tennessee; Rebecca (Richard) Murphy of Indiana and Bernice (Jerry) Chase and several nieces and cousins.
