Trooper Nolan Named St. Clairsville Trooper of the Year
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Ohio State Highway Patrol Trooper Collin R. Nolan has been selected as the 2025 Trooper of the Year at the St. Clairsville Post.
The selection of Trooper Nolan, 29, is in recognition of outstanding service during 2025 at the St. Clairsville Post. Fellow sworn officers and dispatchers at the St. Clairsville Post selected Trooper Nolan based on his leadership abilities, personal ethics, courteous treatment of others, enthusiastic work attitude and cooperation with supervisors, peers and the public.
Trooper Nolan joined the highway patrol in 2018 as a member of the 165 Academy Class and earned his commission in 2019. Nolan began his career at the Batavia Post.
Trooper Nolan is originally from Bellaire and is a 2014 graduate of Bellaire High School. He has received awards for safe driving and physical fitness. He continues to maintain high standards on a daily basis.
The St. Clairsville Post is proud to present Nolan as its Post Trooper of the Year, and he is now in contention for the District and State Trooper of the Year Award.
