OUE Theatre Announces Open Auditions for ‘Our Town’
ST. CLAIRSVILLE — Ohio University Eastern Theatre (OUE) is excited to announce open auditions for its upcoming spring production of Our Town, a classic American play by Thornton Wilder. Auditions will take place on Monday, December 8 and Tuesday, December 9 at 7 pm in the OUE Theatre.
Open to both adults and children, auditions welcome performers of all experience levels. This is a unique opportunity for community members to step onto the OUE stage and become part of a production that celebrates the everyday moments and connections that define small-town life.
The production will be performed at 8 pm over three nights, March 6-8, 2026. OUE Theatre has been a vibrant hub for the performing arts for over 55 years, hosting in-house productions and welcoming performance groups from the community, continuing a long-standing tradition of fostering creativity and engagement.
