Dutton Leads Belmont Commission

At the Belmont County Commissioners’ Organization meeting this week, J.P. Dutton was elected president of the three-member board for 2025. He succeeds fellow commissioner Jerry Echemann who led the group in 2024. The third member of the commission is newly elected Vince Gianangeli.

During the Board’s regular weekly meeting Wednesday morning, a 2025 budget totaling $36 million was approved.
